Meet our Massage Therapist

Amy Legere, RMT, is our Full Time Massage Therapist at ChiroCare.

Amy specializes in many types of massage therapy, including of course, deep tissue therapeutic massage.

Amy has recently been trained in the technique of Cupping. Through suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid soft tissue; drain excess fluids and toxins; loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue; and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Her massage table is equipped with a "drop away" piece for pregnancy as well. Our pregnant clients not only love the massage, but enjoy lying on their bellies as well!
